VERY ENCOURAGING GOOD WORK. PULLING 355 AT THE END OF A WORKOUT BODES WELL FOR THE MEET.
THIS WAS A GOOD WORKOUT. LAST WORKOUT WITH DAVE BEFORE HE GOES BACK TO YALE. I WILL MISS THE GIANT BOY.
